Admissions

Admissions for academic year are commenced in the month of January. The minimum age of children seeking admission to class I should be 06 years as on April 1, of the academic session, with one more year added progressively for higher classes. All admissions are subject to medical fitness, verification of the date of birth and proot of residence. The school reserves the right to admission.

Admission Test Fee

Fee for registration/admission test will be charged as declared per child which will be non-refundable. A list of all successful candidates will be displayed on the school notice board within a week.

  • Forms can be taken from the office on any working day between 8.30 am to 2.00 pm. in first week of january.
  • A birth certificate & Aadhar Card / Tc (as required) should be attached with the form.
  • Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  • The Principal may refuse admission to any child without assigning any reason. It is the sole discretion of the Principal.
  • Seats are allotes on merit basis only.

Withdrawals / Cancellations

A student's name may be removed from the rolls of the school:

  • If he/she does not attend classes for 1 week continuously without written information and approval.
  • If a child is absent in the first week of the new session.
  • If there is a report of misbehaviour of the parents with any staff member of the school.
  • If the fee is not paid by the fixed date as per fee voucher instructions.
  • If any disciplinary action is taken against the student.
  • If he/she is taking private tuitions from a teacher of this school without the written permission of the Principal.

Session

The academic session starts from April and ends in March.

Readmission Fee

A readmission fee Rs 2000/- shall be charged from a student if his name has been removed from the rolls of the school - Readmission will be the sole discretion of the Principal.

Notices to Parents

General notices will be sent to the parents through the children. If the child looses it or deliberately does not give it to parents, the school shall not be responsible for such cases. Such notices shall be written or stapled in the H.W. Diaries. Parents should sign the H.W. dairy daily and keep in contact with the school Principal/class teacher on a weekly basis.

However any notice of the disciplinary action taken against a particular child may be conveyed telephonically/via sms/or in a written format.

Tansfer Certificate

A transfer certificate shall be issued on the written request of the parent Minimum three days time is required for issuing the T.C.

If a student looses his T.C. a duplicate may be issued upon submission of the following documents:-

  • A copy of FIR at a police station
  • An affidavit supporting the claim
  • Advertisement in a newspaper for the loss of papers.
  • An application requesting for a duplicate T.C. along with Rs. 200/-

Date of Birth Certificate

The proper authority to issue a certificate for date of birth of the child is the Municipal board. Children seeking admission in any class have to provide a self attested copy of same.

The process of evaluation is comprehensive and continuous. It is a developmental process of assessment which emphasizes on two fold objectives. These objectives are scholastic and co scholastic in nature. Students of class are given recapitulation worksheets which are assessed by the teacher.
